1. How do I register?
   It's easy to register with AMB Wholesale. If this is your first time browsing our site, just follow these three easy steps:
   - Click on "Register Pharmacy" and fill in your data then submit your form
   - Click on "Register User" and Fill in the authorized users' data. These are employees of your store who can order or return products on-line.
   - Complete the checkout flow.
   If you prefer to register by Fax/mail, you can download and fill the Registration Form thoroughly and mail or fax them to us.
   
   
   
2. How do I order?
   It's easy to order from AMB Wholesale. If this is your first time browsing our site, just follow these four easy steps:
   1. Login with a User Name/e-mail & password
   2. Browse the catalog or use the search buttons on top of the screen to find your item
   3. Add the item you want to your shopping cart (order list)
   4. Complete the checkout steps
   You can use one of the following four search methods or in combination to find your required product:
   A-Catalog
   To browse our product list & check available details such as prices and package sizes…etc
   B-Search
   To search for any product using 3-4 letters in the product name or description, for example you can search for "APO-NITROFURANTOIN 100MG 100'S" by entering "nitr" in the search field.
   C-Advanced Search
   To search for a particular product by limiting your search scope to:
   Include/Exclude certain phrase;
   Include/Exclude products categories;
   Include/Exclude Manufacturer; or
   Use DIN Number or SKU
   D-Quick Order
   Use the product SKU to place orders directly into your shopping cart (order list).
   Current Order
   Allows you to check your outstanding orders any time before submitting them to AMB.
   Order Status
   Shows you all submitted orders their status in our system, you can use this screen to Re-Order items and track your past orders.
   
   
3. Frequently Ordered Items (FOI) lists?
   Customize your ordering using your own catalogue to save your ordering time, create your own ordering list or lists from "Outstanding Orders" or from "Product Search" and it will be always ready for you every time you order.

4. Payment methods?
   We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Pre-Authorized Debit, COD, Check or E-Check. When you are checking out, you will be prompted to enter your method of payment. For Pre-Authorized debit, Check or E-Check methods of payment please printout: Check, E-Check or Pre-Authorized Debit and fax it with your bank check marked "VOID" when you place your first order. Nonetheless, please read our Payments Terms and earn more discounts.
   
   
5. Is it safe to use my credit card?
   We guarantee that every transaction you make at AMB Wholesale will be 100 percent safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of purchasing at AMB Wholesale. If you feel more comfortable, you may enter only your cards last five digits and its expiration date. Once you have fully submitted your order, you may phone in the rest of your card number.
   
   
6. Tracking my order?
   You can review the status of any order you have placed simply by clicking the "My account" link at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view or modify any order that has not been shipped yet.
   
   
7. Delivery Standards?
   All orders received before 2:00pm that meet the minimum order value of $250 are delivered free of charge to your shipping address on your file, within 48 Hrs if you are located in GTA, or within 72Hrs if you are located outside GTA.
   
   
8. Can I return any purchased item?
   Please read our Return Policy thoroughly.
